The year is 1884. Folks from all over the world journey to the American frontier in search of opportunity, freedom, and wide-open spaces. But danger awaits. Some say there are more than just wild creatures on those lonely trails. Some say there are monsters, creatures born of the darkest fears given life by some insidious and overwhelming evil. Out here night seems a little darker, the distance between towns a little farther, and something changes the very landscape itself.
Deadlands is a genre-mixing alternate history role-playing game which combines the Western and Horror genres, with some Steampunk elements.

Nick an Italian marine biologist who’s been playing d&d for the past 15 years. He currently running a decade-long campaign in Italy, a newer campaign in Bristol, and is thinking of starting a new in-person group in Abu Dhabi, to play Descent Into Avernus. His games are usually heavy on roleplay and the rule of cool trumps the rules as written every time.

“There’s a monster in our house.” Two children stand before you in front of an abandoned house. As the sun sets and the mist closes in around you, you look for shelter in the dark, quiet building. But Death House holds many secrets, and even more threats – will you still be alive in the morning? Death House is set in Ravenloft and is the introductory module for Curse of Strahd. The module is heavy on exploration and roleplay, and it works better if the players are willing to play up the horror of exploring a haunted house. Disturbing themes, not suitable for children and player discretion is advised!

Peering out from the top of the conifers is the blood-red spire of The Revelia, where wonder and fun awaits! But underneath the sparkling lights and gleaming facade is a sinister underbelly of chaos and terror. The magical Revelia is the work of Heckna, a creative mastermind masquerading as a jovial ringleader. Some, however, are aware of Heckna’s ruse, including a hunter who will stop at nothing to dispatch Heckna — and destroy The Revelia — once and for all.

An honest thief, a fraudulent chatter-broker, a drug-addicted guard and a turncoat gang-member have set out to recover a sacred idol stolen from the Cult of Tiamat. The retrieval itself was a success, but something went wrong and now pursuers are hot on their heels as the characters flee. Their escape lies on the other side of Salvation Square, a slum area riddled with hazards and hostile dwellers. A dhow will arrive before dawn at the quay and leave as the bells of the morning palace begin to toll to take the characters to safety… …if they can get to it in time!

Gork started role playing when he was 14 and then went on to being bullied into running his first campaign when he was 20. Said campaign was meant to last 3 sessions at most, but turned into the most amazing and hilarious epic story that lasted over 3 years! 15 years of actively designing, writing and running very successful role playing campaigns has given him magnificent story telling abilities and skills!
You question these claims!? Well, let this humble author tell you that Gork has to date written 10 well received once-off modules for conventions, as well as competed in many a GMing competition both as individual and as part of a team! And what more, he has even won the top GM prize at ICON twice! (The largest Geek Convention in South Africa for many a year)
